There are days and days... Today was a special day, in a special area and with special company... that of my friend and coach Dailos García Pombrol. Runner well known in the islands and on the peninsula, Dailos has known how to reinvent himself as time has passed. Being a road runner all his life, nowadays he combines road athletics with mountain. Winner on several occasions of many of the races held in the archipelago, it turns Dailos into a true master in running. Analytical and methodical would be the two words that define him as a runner. In personal treatment he is very affable and friendly... something very typical coming from the island he comes from, La Palma. On this occasion we were able to ride for a short time with him, while chatting and asking him things that I hope will be interesting to you.
