Description:
The initial idea was to ascend the mythical Midi d'Ossau, but upon finding abundant ice already in the first chimney, we decided to turn back and change objective. Due to proximity we chose Peyreget which, although already covered by the first snows, was not icy. We descended via the other side to link up with the final stretch of the Midi circuit.
