The Ojos del Salado volcano is truly located in the middle of a spectacular 'museum' of hills, in an extraordinarily remote and difficult-to-access area. Here, the mountains of the Andes Cordillera rise majestically among salt flats, sands, flamingos and colorful lagoons; surprising that the snows and glaciers of its summits do not surrender to the desert heat.
