Description:
Forcella del Castello is a saddle at an altitude of 2385 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 7 km south-southeast from the center of Lorenzago di Cadore and 7 km west from the center of Forni di Sopra. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Giaf, located 2km east. A bit closer is bivouac Bivacco Aldo e Miranda Vaccari, which is located 0.6km to the north-northwest. The saddle is located north-northwest of the valley Val Meluzzo.
