The saddle is located 5 km east from the center of Soraga and 6 km southeast from the center of San Giovanni di Fassa - Sèn Jan and 2 km southeast of peak Cima Undici. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Taramelli, located 1.0km north-northeast. And bivouac Bait Toal Mason is also close by. The saddle is located above the valley Valle di S. Pellegrino.
