Monte della Piana

Description:
Monte della Piana is 2162 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Sappada and 5 km west from the center of Avoltri and 3 km southeast of peak Monte Franza. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio 2000 Berghütte, located 0.7km southwest. A little further is Monte Siera. Southwest of the summit is the valley Val Enghe.
