Description:
Umbalköpfl is 3426 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.6 km east-northeast of peak Dreiherrnspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Warnsdorfer Hütte, located 3km north. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 1.6 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Simonykees, 2 km south from the summit there is also glacier Umbalkees. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Krimmler Achental.
