Monte Tarond

Description:
Monte Tarond is 740 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.6 km south-southwest from the center of Chiàicis and 2 km southwest from the center of Verzegnis. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Fornas, located 8km north. A bit closer is bivouac Bivacco Carcadè, which is located 3km to the south-southeast. Northeast of the summit is the valley Valle del But.
