Črni vrh is 1348 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 3 km north-northwest from the center of Koprivnik v Bohinju and 4 km north from the center of Jereka. The nearest mountain hut is Planinska koča na Uskovnici, located 5km west. A little further is Gozdarska koča Mali Vokel. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Bohinj.
