Description:
Planski vrh is 777 meter high peak. The peak is located 4 km east-northeast of peak Grmada. The nearest mountain hut is Turistični dom na Grmadi, located 4km west-southwest. A little further is Lovska družina Struge na Dolenjskem. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Ribniška dolina.
