Yesterday I set off on the path that starts in Oplotnica to Black Lake on Pohorje. The weather was wonderful; the path is very scenic and dry to the Three Kings. From here onwards to Black Lake there is still quite a lot of snow, but it is melting rapidly. The lake surface is still covered with ice, but it is still really beautiful, and it's no wonder that they call it the pearl of Pohorje.

Today again on a new path. This time exploring Rdeči breg which rises above Lovrenc na Pohorju. It consists of several peaks, the highest is Hlebov vrh-913m. For starting point I choose Lovrenc na Pohorju. Past the church in the village center, to the left past the school. The path descends a bit, actually quite a lot to Slapnica stream. Path direction is now slightly changed due to new houses and is nicely marked. Just a warning: halfway at Zg Dobnik farm they have a vicious dog running loose. The tour is very scenic and offers specialties along the path. From Sv Ignacij I continued to Glančnik hunting hut and descended another path which joins the previous lower down. Nice tour worth every step.

26.6.22 went to Veliki Rogatec from Podvolovljek precisely from Rihar farm. Nice marked path leads first to Riharski waterfalls and higher past once mighty Riharska spruce. Arrived at Kal saddle after good 1h 40min. To Rogatec summit via demanding path, descent other side easier variant to Zg Špeh and cross path back to Kal saddle. Descent to valley start. On Sunday 12.6.22 I went to Nanos from Razdrto to the top via the demanding path. The view was excellent, on top a little wind just right so it wasn't too hot. Visited also Grmada and St. Hieronymus church. It was excellent.

Today 13.2.22 I did the path from Radlje ob Dravi to Bricnik. A really pleasant path, I was quite surprised and also quite a few views in super nice weather. I also tested the MaPZS app on occasion; it works excellently and can be helpful. I'll write more about it in the future

Today 6. 2. 22 I did the path from Ožbalt to Sršenov vrh. There was almost no snow on the path but some icy patches when the path higher up enters the forest. Above 800m the wind was blowing stronger too so I didn't stay long at the top. Views are quite nice on this path.

Yesterday 30.1.22 I did the route parking Pečovnik by Savinja Grmada-Tolsti vrh-Suhi potok-Celjski grad descent via Pelikanova path. By road along track back to start. Weather excellent same path without issues except some icy patches on descent from Tolsti vrh and through Suhi potok.

Yesterday did the Kopitnik trail from Rimske Toplice, it was super, also jumped to Stražnik and on the other side over Senožet back to Rimske Toplice.

Today 17.10. to Peca, starting point Pod Peci Mitnek to hut on Peca and further. Some light snow starts at ca 2000 m. No gear needed, just proper footwear, quite a few hikers at top. Weather excellent, no wind, on top quite warm, views nice... it was good.

On Saturday 25.9.21 I headed to Ojstrica via Kopinškova path. Weather was fantastic, views excellent, lots of people. A bit below the summit met a herd of young ibex, first thought they were chamois so I coughed a bit for them to hear me but they didn't go anywhere. Immediately it was clear they were young ibex (judging by small horns still) who aren't too afraid of humans. Took some pics and on to the summit.

On Sunday 22.8.21 I headed to Krofička as every year at this time, original plan was to go via Kopinškova to Ojstrica since I haven't for a long time. Due to weather forecast cloudy during the day I decided for Krofička and it was a perfect day anyway.

Today 7.8.21 in wonderful sunny weather to Mariborsko Pohorje. First planned to go somewhere to KSA but instinct told me otherwise and I was right, foggy in the mountains. View tower still closed. Tomorrow there will be some crowd under Pohorje as European downhill mountain bike championship is taking place.

On Thursday 29.7. I visited Kamniški Dedec, planned to go higher but the view of surrounding peaks in fog changed my plan. View excellent as always, met only one hiker all day.

Yesterday 10.7.21 to Mrzla gora from Logar Valley. Trail without peculiarities, weather excellent despite mists in the morning and that divine feeling when you step on the summit of this demanding mountain.
