Yesterday on Brana. Path quite ok, someone would probably use crampons but it's doable without them too.

istenic, I planned to go on Saturday from Kokrsko Saddle, got only to Small Gates and a bit further then turned around and went to Grintovec. Around 8-9am snow was already so crusty that slope traverse under Long Walls seemed a bit dangerous to me. Pic from Small Gates onwards.

A bit late. On Saturday my colleague and I were on Olševa. Due to new snow the path was untrampled. Rogar - Potočka Zijalka - then a bit further, and since colleague didn't feel like more - back. Excellent weather and super views. By car to Sv. Duh no problems.

On Grintovec over the weekend, bivouac over Mlinarsko sedlo. As redbull wrote, no snow. Don't count those 2 cm on the north side a few meters below the summit.

There's nothing more to write here. Path dry, except snow on the scree under Kokrsko. No issues.

I today went up from Krma over Kredarica with colleague, descent to Planika. Trail conditions nothing worth mentioning, all described before. At summit same time as Igor, international company of Slovenes, Czechs, Slovak girl, Austrians and on way down met Varaždin team velik nasmeh

"I was at the bivouac so early that I literally woke up four Czechs. One even knew Slovenian." Evidently a popular destination. Two weeks ago also 4 Czechs... velik nasmeh

And how much do they cost? velik nasmeh

Yesterday I started at six in the morning from Kofce to Veliki Vrh, then along the ridge towards Košutnikov Turn. Excellent weather, on the way to Kladivo I met only one person, at the summit a team of Styrian foresters, to whom I thank for lunch smile From Kladivo onwards I was alone all day. At the summit around three (I went slowly, because I wasn't in a hurry). At four down to Planina Zg. Dolga Njiva, then across pastures below the ridge to Kofce, arrived at eight. One Radler and home.

Yesterday I was at the hut again. This time it was already open. Went again over Komarča, followed by M. Tičarica, M. Zelnarica - nothing special there. Continued towards Kanjavec, from saddle Vrata below Zelnarica the path is under snow - no problems, just crossing the slope under Vršaki can be more dangerous. Arrived at saddle below Mišeljski konec, unfortunately no time to go to Kanjavec, and fog and rain started, had to go back to the car at Savica. Through Triglav Lakes valley. All day didn't see Triglav once, nonstop in fog.

Yesterday from Koča pri Savici over Komarča. Path OK. I wanted to go further up the valley to Hribarice to check snow conditions around Triglav, but a thunderstorm was looming, partner against. So quickly to M. Tičarica then back. Nice hike, the whole day we met only a few people, mostly foreigners.

On Sunday four of us visited the top of Skuta. First to Grintovec (more in my description in the dedicated topic - "Path to bivouac below Grintovec is dry, further snow starts, but to Mlinarsko sedlo no problem") then from Mlinarsko sedlo also to Skuta.
We didn't go over Dolgi hrbet, but along the marked path below it. 95% of the time on snow, but luckily none on the most dangerous section of this path (rock below the place where our path joins the path over Dolgi hrbet). From here nice easy walk to Skuta.
Back same path to bivouac below Grintovec. Second day from there over Sleme to bivouac below Skuta, then down unmarked path to cable car station at Kokrsko.
Since we went in the afternoon, snow was melting, didn't need crampons or ice axe. At least our opinion. Of course not for morning.

Yesterday four of us set off to Grintovec via Kokrsko and Mlinarsko sedlo. To the bivouac under Grintovec the path is dry, then snow starts but no problem to Mlinarsko sedlo. The ridge after Mlinarsko is fully dry except some snow patches at the start. From the "notch" at the end of that ridge snow again, climb up it to the cables which are actually a bit below the summit. Then back the same way, and from Mlinarsko sedlo to Skuta and sleep in the bivouac. But that's for another forum. nasmeh
Since we went in the afternoon, the snow was already melting, so we didn't need either crampons or ice axe. At least in our opinion. Of course, that doesn't apply in the morning.

On Sunday I went from Vrtača, just some pics from the path
PzS9. 05. 2011 17:51:00
Dunno, but I went Sunday morning first time and had no trouble finding path. But still... Won't post pics cuz Parkeljc did, only if someone wants to go to Stol then see how it looks. As written already, path to Vrtača mostly dry, except bit of snow on ridge, to Stol snow only north side, to saddle between both Stols.
