I was on the hike of 100 women to Triglav last year and I must say I was unpleasantly surprised by the conditions at Planika. Rain soaked us the whole way, upon arrival at the hut we didn't have a dry inch of skin. The hut was dog-cold, the hutkeeper lit the fire only late evening. Of course, next day we put on totally soaked boots, because they simply had nowhere to even roughly dry.
