Is the new bivouac at Strma Peč permanently open? How is it equipped?

Thanks a lot. I'll try one and the other, i.e. stay overnight and drink something.

I'd stay overnight in the Corsi hut. How much does one night cost? Where can I find them, what are the prices in the western part of JA?
