Triglav 24.09.2013 exactly at noon. Weather: gorgeous! Of all "essential" gear I only had "gojzarje". Sunglasses, swimsuit and parasol I forgot at home. Everything else was extra. Oh, and no one had the rope to renew, they were afraid I'd whack their asses too hard. Luckily found a pole.

From an ecological point of view the best is that we all kill ourselves. There'll be one big pile of shit, but nature will balance it! You just can't believe it......

Mates, on 11.08.2010 I finally got the green light (see pics at the semaphore) and "unfortunately" the Hiking map is authoritative here - paths match. No problems, everything well marked (but one couple instead to Mali Podi really went to Štajerska Rinka ?!). "Gorska koza" was right, walking between Koroška Rinka and Skuta is about two and a half hours (with pics of course, bit of snack, meet three friends,... . We did a tour from cable car Na Prodih - Hut on Ledine - Koroška Rinka - Mali Podi - Skuta - Veliki Podi - Cojzova Hut, where we slept (prices like in Hilton!). Morning over Streha - Grintovec - Dolška Škrbina - Jezerska Kočna - Češka Hut and back to cable car.

Aljažek, regarding your times you made the right decision, they fit more into the "extremes" category. Or clearly write that "normal" hikers multiply the time by two, or you might kill someone if a "normal" hiker follows your times.

If you're there earlier, don't despair, look around and where the steam rises, that's the locomotive me, and I'm coming.

But I'll treat, now that I know where and how and how long I'll walk. We can easily agree on exactly one hour!

Well, it finally worked. I was almost giving up. Instead of that money for the guidebook (and something extra) I'll buy beer, and we'll drink it at the junction "Peter skala semaphore"!!!

See SilvestrO, my feelings up there are the only thing no one can take from me, agree!? Let them decide about the semaphore, because on the Hiking map Upper Savinja Valley the path is drawn directly to Mali Podi, there's no path to Turski Žleb, that's why I asked this question. Still no answer how many hours of walking from Koroška Rinka-Mali Podi-Skuta???

Solido, read the guidebooks and look at the pictures next to them, read people's feelings, current conditions, some tips, suggestions from others,... yes all that is in the guidebooks and maps. It says everything there, even which cable is broken,... Lepenatka thanks, that's what I wanted to know, because as I mentioned, this path is not drawn on the map on the PZS site, if their map is not authoritative, then I think all who go there for the first time need a lot of luck.

I think it's meant that you arrive from Rink at the top of Turski žleb and not that you go through it.

I'm looking at the route map on the PZS site and there's no other than going from Koroška Rinka to Turski žleb and then to Skuta. Is there another path??
