Yesterday I was on Skuta and what eskubik wrote still holds.

We went from Skuta towards Kamniško sedlo over Turška Gora.

But at the cauldrons the conditions are even worse, more dangerous than below Skuta. Here ice axe and crampons are mandatory.

What are the conditions in the Turkish gully?
This Friday I plan from Rinka to Skuta and to Kamniško Koča, where I'd overnight.
Then further, depending on weather, straight down or down via Ojstrica to Robanov Kot.
