Hi
The commented hikes section doesn't open for me. Only the advertising banner appears at the top and that's it...

I'd need a sleeping bag in winter down to say -5°C or max -10°C, otherwise dry, but there'll also be some condensation around. Surely wouldn't use it in the open.
I have some experience and don't imagine sleeping naked underneath...

What experiences do you have? What do you recommend?

from Monday onwards we can have coffee on terraces... Does that mean the huts will open their doors?

aha these "trackables" souvenirs are also good idea. Actually you don't keep them, people move them from cache to cache. First register it, then place it in a cache in Slovenia and set a goal for it - e.g. top of Kilimanjaro! It has ID number too...
In a couple years someone sends you photo of your souvenir at goal! cool
isn't that super?!

Occasionally I search for "treasures" too and have almost a hundred found - many without using GPS.
Sometimes it looks a bit suspicious and risky - poking around bushes and various locations, but the experiences and stories from this game outweigh that...

Try it and you'll find out.

same as lying on the couch? come oneek
I tried... 2-3 hours three times a week 500m difference, sometimes only 300. I became a real adventurerzavijanje z očmi and weight increased by 5kg after half a year. Excellent in short.
But you have to be very careful with knees especially on descents! You're heavy so choose gentle paths - at least downhill...
In short, the main thing is to be in nature and move... For starters forget all sorts of records, focus mainly on "outings" into nature so to speak. So first you have to incorporate this change into your lifestyle and get used to it, then start working on pulse, muscle strength, lung volume, calories etc.
But I agree once a week is too little, unless you add some other sport... not chess.jezik

now I looked at ads a bit. Looks like some synthetic and others down. What are the differences?
Probably already in weight, maintenance...

What about us with prescription glasses?zadrega
I think the most effective way is using contact lenses and sunglasses.
Does anyone have experience with attachments with tinted lenses? So you mount the attachment on the glasses frame itself.

Those flip-up lenses I wouldn't use though, because I don't solve crosswords.velik nasmeh

Hammocks are meant for afternoon siestas and dozing. velik nasmeh
For nights in the hammock due to its own shape prepare for pains in lower back and limbs.mežikanje
Surely the product isn't meant for serious camping... tested.

I think one whole roll of duct tape would be too little to fix that.wink
Anyway, I also carry narrow duct tape and an extra pair of laces. I've been thinking of putting wide heavy duty duct tape - with mesh inside - in the backpack too...
With these tapes you can fix many things and in the end you can even shape it into a lace. MacGyver style. big grin
Infantry in armies uses it too, for example the US army started using it already in WW2.
