Hello!

In Hervisu I bought new La Sportiva Cermis boots and went for the first time with them to Kališče under Strožič... they blistered me badly in the front and back, so I think I bought too small ones, do they need to be one size bigger than the real foot size for enough space in the boot?? When I descended I noticed at home that the insole had fallen out of one boot and was all crumpled, is this a reason for a complaint or can I simply replace it, if someone recommends one? Thanks for the opinions
