There is so much "junk and additives" in our daily food that one magnesium tablet won't cause additional harm, but will help to reach the goal. Otherwise, the human body is anyway pure chemistry.

Effervescent magnesium tablets help me, one before the hike and if needed another during. From natural drinks Donat, because it has a lot of sodium and magnesium.

Does maybe someone know if the path from Suhadolnik to Grintovec is passable and if it is more demanding than from the Kamniška side. Thanks for the answers and best regards.

Also yesterday similar conditions on Snežnik, sunny, wind and quite cold. Last part of path icy, so crampons and ice axe pretty much mandatory. Hut was open and hut keepers very friendly. Regards and good luck
