Idrija - Hut on Hleviška planina - Idrija takes 1.5h to 2h (with faster pace). To Sivka it's much more walking. To Sivka and back probably 4.5-6.5 hours (depending on pace).

Too much adrenaline despite great avalanche danger. Sad, but I still express condolences to the families of the deceased guys.

On Sunday 25.10 I went to Porezen from Jesenice. Had very nice weather and view was magnificent.

They say there's a saying: The mountain isn't crazy, crazy is the one who goes up it. But I don't believe that. In the mountains you really experience a lot of nice things. If anything, crazy is the one who doesn't go to the mountain at least once.

I completely agree. It's hard to be home at the weekend when outside the sun shines. Gotta go somewhere 'cause it's hard to endure a nice sunny weekend. If someone now banned my yearly mountain visits, I'd probably die.
