15.2.2019 despite sign at Kranjski Rak that road is plowed and salted, it's not.
Plowed yes, salted no. You can get up only if you're lucky no one stops ahead, chains or 4x4. I turned back too and went nicely on foot from Kranjski Rak through forest to quarry then left to Koča Na Kisovcu, after 10 min right to Mala Planina. Nice easy trip good if you have poles and microspikes for shoes.
