We were on Viš and not even a trace of snow
Afternoon on Wednesday, 1.7., we started from Sella Nevea to Rif. Corsi (path 625), overnighted and went to Viš 2.7. (path 627). Same day we also went on the Germans' path and observed chamois and caves and postwar remains around Corsi... Then we overnighted another night and next morning 3.7. took the centenary path through the tunnel further to bivak Gorizzia to Rif. Brunner and down to the road. To Sella Nevea we hitchhiked and got to the car.
The weather was wonderful, warm, cloudless. Rif. Corsi has a phenomenal location, the manager is very friendly, food fantastic.
The centenary path we did without self-securing with helmets and light. At 2 spots it would really be good to have protections... for such a feat we'll have them next time, recommend to others too.

Does anyone know if there are snow patches on the path to Viš?

I'm interested in the current snow conditions on Viš? In the next few days I'd go on the Century Path. I have no crampons and if there's snow I feel very unsafe. Please advise
