I see I gave you a reason to joke, but in summer my hands sweat and it's hot for me. I'm not a winter wimp, but for winter there are gloves. I saw from Leki a model with sand-colored plastic handle, they feel quite cool, possibly they thought of that not insignificant detail for summer heat.

Does anyone know if there is a model of trekking poles where the handle material stays cold for quite a while, especially in summer heat? I have a problem with palms burning from holding the poles.
