In some cases PZS A insurance is unfortunately completely inappropriate. Although PZS tries to compare it to similar OAV insurance it's far from that.
Of course the insurance is really suitable for 90% of mountaineering population. But things get complicated when they become a bit more serious...
It turns out the insurance is completely inappropriate for slightly bigger and top alpinists due to unnecessary and unrealistic limitations. Even more striking is that it doesn't cover alpinistic skiing and skiing with cable car help (freeride) On one side PZS awards recognitions on the other doesn't provide good insurance for top alpinists!
Due to such unpleasant limitations some of us are always forced to go for insurance to the neighbor although we'd rather insure at home.
I strongly hope these nonsensical things change at least by next insurance period.

although it's hard to believe they have practically completely equalized conditions with OeAV or added accident insurance... http://aacuk.org.uk/p-benefits Of course it's new and how everything will work in practice is still not known one plus is definitely that Coris is really valued and repeatedly checked insurance company bye m
