One more question or two !... If my soles don't hurt when I go up the hill and they start hurting when I go back down, does that mean the hiking boots are too narrow? They hurt under the toes, i.e., the widest part of the foot.

Greetings. Last year I bought a hiking boot, Triglav Planika pro. After one year I thought it would break in, but on longer tours the soles still hurt. Is it because of the boot's hardness? Maybe there are some inserts for such things and if so, where can I buy them?
