Here, I got Hanwag Yukon at Annapurna for 155 €, seems really cheap to me for such a boot. Quality, stiff enough, comfortable, otherwise I'll put silicone insole inside, just impregnate 3 more times and done. They were discounted from 220, so 30% off, didn't want lower even after long haggling.

I'm interested; for Annapurna I'm thinking of buying Hanwag Yukon or Scarpa Ladakh or Heklo. I read that Yukon are all leather, the interior has no Gore-Tex either, which is what I'm asking you now: is it worth it in the long term? I'm also hesitating between Alpina Lhotse and Lowa Tibet.
