Description:
Zavitar is 1750 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 4 km south-southeast from the center of Ukanc and 5 km southwest from the center of Ribčev Laz. The nearest mountain hut is Planinska koča Merjasec, located 1.6km north-northwest. hunting cottage Lovska koča na Glinu is a bit further away. Northeast of the summit is the valley Bohinj.
