Description:
Vrtišnik is 729 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.3 km south-southeast from the center of Banjšice and 3 km east-northeast from the center of Bate. The nearest mountain hut is Planinska koča Korada, located 12km west. A bit closer is Lovska družina Grgar, which is located 5km to the southwest. South of the summit is the valley Čepovanski dol.
