Description:
Vršič is 417 meter high peak. The peak is located 2 km west-southwest from the center of Šmarje pri Sežani and 3 km west-northwest from the center of Sežana. The nearest mountain hut is Lovska koča na Kožleku, located 9km east-southeast. Closer is bivouac Pastirska hiška, which is located 3km to the south. South of the summit is the valley Val di Longera. The peak is located Kras.
