Description:
Volnik is 956 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.9 km southwest from the center of Lokovec and 4 km west from the center of Čepovan. The nearest mountain hut is Iztokova koča pod Golaki, located 11km southeast. A bit closer is Lovski dom Čepovan, which is located 4km to the east-northeast. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Čepovanski dol.
