Description:
Trettachspitze is 2595 meter high peak with a cross in the Allgäu Alps. The peak is located in country Germany 0.4 km north of peak Mädelegabel near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Waltenbergerhaus, located 1.3km west-southwest. And Hintere Schochenalpe is also close by. 0.8 km south from the summit there is glacier Schwarzmilzferner. The peak is located in the valley Lechtal. The peak is located above the ridge Allgäuer Hauptkamm.
