Description:
Sveti Tomaž is 101 meter high peak. The peak is located 0.8 km northeast from the center of Triban and 1.1 km south from the center of Prade. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Mario Premuda, located 12km northeast. A bit closer is Lovska družina Izola, which is located 7km to the west-southwest. Northeast of the summit is the valley Valle dell'Ospo.
