Schneekarspitze

Description:
Schneekarspitze is 3210 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located in country Austria 10 km south-southeast from the center of Gerlos and 10 km southeast from the center of Gmünd and 0.5 km west-northwest of peak Wildgerlosspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Zittauer Hütte, located 3km northeast. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 3 km east-northeast of the peak there is lake Unterer Gerlos See. 0.5 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Zillerkees, 0.9 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Schönachkees. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Zillergründl.
