Samspitze is 2563 meter high peak in the Sarntal Alps. The peak is located 6 km southeast from the center of Durnholz - Valdurna and 6 km northwest from the center of Latzfons - Lazfons and 0.4 km southwest of peak Kassianspitz - Cima San Cassiano. The nearest mountain hut is Schutzhaus Latzfonser Kreuz - Rifugio Santa Croce di Lazfons, located 0.7km southeast. Kaserhütte is also relatively close. East-northeast of the peak there is lake Kassiansee - Lago di San Cassiano. The peak is located above the valley Gedrumtal - Valle Gedrum.
