Description:
Pfannespitz is 2709 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 6 km south-southeast from the center of St. Jakob - San Giacomo and 7 km southeast from the center of Rain - Riva. The nearest mountain hut is Brixner Hütte - Rifugio Bressanone, located 1.1km south-southwest. A little further is Pfann-Alm. 9 km northeast from the summit there is glacier Weißkarferner - Vedretta della Quaira Bianca. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Pfitscher Tal - Val di Vizze.
