Peilstein is 2602 meter high peak in the Ortler Alps. The peak is located 5 km north-northwest from the center of St. Walburg - Santa Valburga and 6 km south from the center of Tabland - Tablà. The nearest mountain hut is Malga Castrin - Aler Alm, located 10km southeast. Closer is bivouac Tablander Warter, which is located 0.9km to the east.
