Ostri vrh is 490 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.3 km southeast from the center of Prapreče and 1.4 km northeast from the center of Ravenska vas. The nearest mountain hut is Dom pod Javorjem, located 4km north-northwest. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča LD Zagorje.
