Ostreški vrh is 648 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.3 km north-northwest from the center of Zagon and 2 km south-southeast from the center of Belsko. The nearest mountain hut is Koča Mladika na Pečni rebri, located 6km southeast. Closer is bivouac BUSKO, which is located 5km to the southeast. The peak is located southwest of the valley Podgora.
