Ortler Vorgipfel - Ortles Anticima is 3845 meter high peak in the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 0.5 km south-southwest of peak Ortler - Ortles. The nearest mountain hut is Tabarettahütte - Rifugio Tabaretta, located 3km north-northeast. Closer is bivouac Hochjochbiwak - Bivacco Città di Cantù, which is located 1.1km to the south-southeast. 1.4 km south from the summit there is glacier Vedretta dello Zebrù - Zebruferner, 1.7 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Zirkusferner - Vedretta del Circo. Northeast of the summit is the valley Suldental.
