Description:
Monte Tinisa (Cima ovest) is 2120 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak to which the marked trail leads is located 4 km east-northeast from the center of Forni di Sotto and 5 km south-southwest from the center of Lateis. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Tita Piaz, located 2km northeast. Closer is bivouac Casera Montof, which is located 1.7km to the west. The peak is located northeast of the valley Val Poscchiedea.
