Monte di Val Dolce is 1875 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 2 km west-southwest of peak Creta di Aip / Trogkofel. The nearest mountain hut is Casera Cason di Lanza, located 1.8km west-northwest. Even closer is bivouac Rifugio forestale di Pezzeit, which is located 1.6km to the south-southwest. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Oberes Gailtal.
