Monte Cucco is 1772 meter high peak and is part of the Vicentine Alps. The peak is located 6 km southeast from the center of Barco and 6 km south-southeast from the center of Novaledo. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Val Formica, located 0.9km east. A little further is bivouac ex Baito Pastori. North of the summit is the valley Val Sella.
