Description:
Monte Carnizza / Garnitzenberg is 1950 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is WatschigerAlm, located 1.0km northwest. A little further is bivouac Bivacco Ernesto Lomasti. Northeast of the summit is the valley Garnitzenklamm and a marked path leads to the top.
