Mali Zdrtnik is 1337 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 2 km north from the center of Javorniški Rovt and 3 km east-northeast from the center of Planina pod Golico. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski stan na Belski planini, located 1.9km east. A little closer is hunting cottage Lovska koča (pod Struško), which is located 1.6km to the east-southeast. The peak is located south of the valley Rosental.
