Mali greben is 764 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.1 km east-northeast from the center of Klance and 1.5 km west-southwest from the center of Podlož. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom na Slivnici, located 8km north-northwest. A bit closer is hunting cottage Lovska koča Slemenka, which is located 4km to the east. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Bloke.
