Description:
Kuhovnica is 714 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located in country Slovenia 0.9 km south from the center of Poljšica pri Gorjah and 1.2 km south-southeast from the center of Zgornje Gorje and 5 km north of peak Babji zob. The nearest mountain hut is Lovska koča Talež, located 5km southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Gozdarska koča na Babi, which is located 4km to the south-southeast. Northwest of the summit is the valley Stresena dolina.
