Kogel is 403 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located in country Slovenia 3 km west of peak Sv. Uršula. The nearest mountain hut is Planinska postojanka PD Dramlje, located 3km east. A little further is bivouac Lovska koča Štepih. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Mislinjski jarek.
