Kicelj is 394 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 0.6 km west from the center of Prelska and 0.8 km southeast from the center of Vinska Gora and 3 km north of peak Kjumberk. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom Šentjungert, located 5km south-southeast. bivouac Lovska koča Štepih is a bit further away. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
