Karspitze - Punta Quaira

Description:
Karspitze - Punta Quaira is 2514 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Sarntal Alps. The peak is located 4 km northwest from the center of Schalders - Scaleres and 5 km southwest from the center of Franzensfeste - Fortezza. The nearest mountain hut is Radelsee-Haus - Rifugio Lago Rodella, located 6km south-southeast. A bit closer is Kaserhütte, which is located 1.1km to the south. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Eisacktal - Valle Isarco.
