Description:
Jochspitz is 2581 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Vals - Valles and 5 km west-southwest from the center of Pfunders - Fundres. The nearest mountain hut is Schutzhaus Wieserhütte, located 1.3km east. A little further is Oberpranterhütte. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Pustertal - Val Pusteria.
